An honest and mature character study, Nino reveals the ways you can stumble into life when facing death head-on. When 28-year-old Nino (Théodore Pellerin) is suddenly diagnosed with cancer, he finds himself adrift in Paris on his birthday weekend, floating between family and friends, past and present, as he seeks to understand and process his unexpected mortality. Pauline Loquès directs this extraordinary feature debut with warmth and generosity, taking a bleak diagnosis and spinning it out into a celebration of life, empathy, and human connection.
